being silly..
I like to use color as much as possible with Pres. She is a ray of sunshine so it's appropriate for her to wear the colors of the rainbow. Especially since she is learning the complexities of the color wheel, it's fun for her to ask about the variations of blues she sees in correlation to other colors. I like for her look bright especially on dreary days.
These pics were taken on a summer morning before it shot up to 100 degrees by 10 am. I was clearly dreaming of cooler weather when the sun wouldn't melt my face. The scarf and boots came off for sandals and sunshine later in the day.
It has been raining this week and since we're almost done with September, I thought I would put an outfit together suitable for cooler weather and added a pair of tights as an option for places that are already in chilly temps.
An outfit idea for styling summer items into fall. You don't need to go out and buy an entire new fall wardrobe for the little one. Mix and match items from other seasons to pull a complete look together.

I usually like to keep seasonal accessories she'll use over and over again, like tights and socks, in a certain price point because you can swap them out every year without hesitation if there is lot of wear on them. Which is why I added retail examples because her tights are shot from last year!
Old Navy, Gap and Target are really good option for necessities that you don't want to spend a ton of $$ but also don't want them to tear the first time you put them on.
