Mornings

I try to have my workout finished or almost done by the time she wakes up because she hits the ground running once she's awake and I like her to be connected ASAP. Me waking up at 6:30 am for exercise is not my cup of tea but it's a small adjustment to ensure I can focus on her and channel her energy well throughout the day. She gets less bored when I have things planned for her ahead of time and we stick to a schedule. I have never in my life been a planner (presley was a pleasant surprise:) but everything runs so much more smoothly whether its making lunch or getting ready. So as a part of our early morning routine, we listen to gabba while I make smoothies.
