A windy day, clearly. She won't keep pins in her hair to keep her bangs back. I even bought her these cite little colorful bobbie pins instead of the usual natural hair color ones but no, she take them out every time an usually loses them in the process. Oy. I'm not really ready to cut her hair into bangs yet though so Ill have to think of another alternative until that day.
The weather is perfect and sandals are still appropriate even though we are in October. Hey, we moved from the midwest and I'm pretty sure the temps have been dropping for a while so I love that we can wear sandals in the fall, an advantage in the south. Even though at this point in the game I am super ready for fall accessories and have put up all of our sandals. I knew these wouldn't fit her in the spring so I am glad I got her in them before the chilly evenings really set in. I bought this skirt for her over a year ago and it still fits but probably won't much longer. She's still growing like a flower but I am able to stretch her clothes out a little further now thats she older. I'm OCD about making sure I have pics of everything I get for her documented. Don't know why its just a thing I have. That's how this whole baby/mini fashion blog came into mind because I have taken a pic of her outfits since day one.
She has a birthday coming up soon. 2 going on 13. My baby will be 3 years old. Of course she will officially be considered a preschooler now but still my baby. It's all gone by so fast and I wish I could keep her this small. Well actually if I'm wishing for something I would want her one day old and so, so tiny. Still, I am grateful she's happy and healthy.
Can't ask for anything more I guess.
